In-network Insurance: Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna (Evernorth), Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield

Out of network: I am considered out of network for all other insurance plans, which means I can send you a superbill and you can file a claim with your insurance company, often getting back 50% or more

Ways to pay: Cash, check, credit card, HSA, Venmo
